As I approached the front desk I was greeted with a smile and quality customer service. All staff members were professional and eager to help. The property was very clean and well maintained. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. In the morning I went down for breakfast. There was plenty of options. I will recommend this property to my family and friends.
I’m a truck driver and have been stuck here for 4 days rooms are very clean… I didn’t see any bugs at all… breakfast was good and the customer service is great!… I have no complaints especially for the price. Towels are clean bed is clean I checked for hairs or stains couldn’t find any… I was skeptical because of the previous reviews but this place is great with great food around.
Clean room. Couple of miner issues. Bathroom sink leaks water to floor & ports for USB don't work on lamps-needs wall plug only. Excellent breakfast. Very kind & helpful desk clerks especially for elderly & handicapped. Highly recommend this for a stay anytime.
Lady at front desk was an absolute doll, friendly and greeted with huge smile. I was scared to check in after I read the reviews, but to my surprise room smelled great. First thing we did was check for bugs thankfully we didnt see no sign of bedbugs(as reviews said this was an issue) Next we checked the sheets in blankets for signs of them not being cleaned or stained up ( as reviews said as well) no issues there. How ever the bed had no give, u felt like you was sleeping on the floor. Sleeping on the floor may have been softer. And the room was cleaned to a sense but the headboard was full of dust and behind the chair was rose petals, there's a pile of dirt/debris where the toliet paper is. So yes house keeping could do a lil better but over all not a bad place.
When I was looking for a place to stay, I read reviews of many places in area. All said same things, I believed that they couldn't all be so bad. I chose this location, it was PERFECT. From the minute I walked in to checkout. All of the negative comments are not true. Rooms were clean, no bugs of any sorts, quiet, and very friendly staff. THANK YOU TO ALL
The hotel we wanted to book with was full/nothing available so we made a 1 night reservation here and ended up staying 7. The staff was amazing from the front desk, to breakfast, to housekeeping. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. The price was unbeatable and saved us money. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to family from out of town; especially when on a budget.
